1. About Mujanti

Mujanti Services Pvt. Ltd. ("Mujanti") provides consulting, media, digital services, and advisory support for Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs), NGOs, CSR programs, and sustainability initiatives in India. Our registered office is in India.

2. Services

Mujanti provides the following categories of services:

FPO formation, registration, and governance consulting
Carbon credit eligibility assessment, project registration, and monetisation support
Impact storytelling, documentary production, and media services
Website development, software, and digital transformation for FPOs
SEO, content, and digital visibility services
Training, capacity building, and educational content

Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual Service Agreements or Statements of Work signed between Mujanti and the client.

3. Carbon Credit Disclaimer

Important: Information on this website regarding carbon credits, income projections, and market prices is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or accounting advice. Carbon credit values are subject to market fluctuations. Actual income will vary based on land type, farming practices, market conditions at the time of sale, and third-party verification outcomes. Mujanti is not liable for any financial decisions made on the basis of information on this website.

4. Enquiry & Consultation

Submitting an enquiry form or booking a consultation call does not create a contractual obligation on either party. A formal engagement begins only upon execution of a written Service Agreement and receipt of any applicable advance payment.

5. Fees & Payment

Service fees are as quoted in your individual Service Agreement
Carbon credit consulting is offered on a success-fee basis unless otherwise agreed in writing
Government filing fees, registry enrollment fees, and third-party costs are passed through at actuals and are not included in Mujanti's service fees unless explicitly stated
Invoices are raised as per the payment schedule in your Service Agreement
GST is applicable on all services as per prevailing rates

6. Refund & Cancellation

Advance fees paid for services not yet commenced are refundable within 7 days of payment
Once work has commenced, fees are non-refundable for that phase unless Mujanti fails to deliver the agreed deliverable
Carbon credit success fees are non-refundable once credits are verified and sold
Third-party costs (government fees, registry fees) are non-refundable once incurred

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, design, graphics, video, and code — is the intellectual property of Mujanti Services Pvt. Ltd. unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Deliverables produced for clients (websites, documents, films) become client property upon full payment as specified in the Service Agreement.

8. Confidentiality

Mujanti treats all client information — farmer data, land records, financial details, business plans — as strictly confidential. We do not share client information with third parties except as required to deliver the agreed services or as mandated by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mujanti's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including lost revenue, lost carbon credit income, or reputational damage.

Mujanti is not responsible for delays or failures caused by government bodies (ROC, MCA, NABARD), carbon registries, or other third parties outside our control.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from the use of this website or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings in India.

11. Website Use

This website is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.
